Thought I ordered many times in the past glasses from your website and was never a problem, this time one glass came broken . It is possible not to be your fault but a transportation issue but I thought you should be informed. The only difference is that this time the glasses were a present for a friend.

The name was misspelt on the photo frame as 'Mar' or 'Mav' Even thought it was 'Mae' on the cup !!! Hence the low rating. The items themselves are beautiful, but this was an engagement gift so very dissappointed

Különlegesen szép és kimagaslóan jó minőségű porcelán és óra. Szerettem volna egy hagyományos óralapot, és meglepett, hogy halkan, de ketyeg(!). Nagyon sokat jelent ez a hang. Az egész óra kézműves hangulatú, időtlen, igazi klasszikus. Hálószobában, a gyűjteményem mellett. (Itt védve van a papagájtól.) Ajánlom, tökéletes ajándék. A csomagolása nagyon gondos volt. One of the bowls is chipped. I feel its to expensive to be faulty. Would not purchase again

Only after noticing that the cups have the same purple speckle too definitely not happy they should all be the same. Im very disappointed now thought it was only one plate but this really isn't good enough. Whoever packaged them should have noticed this. Look forward to hearing from you
One of the plates has like purple speckles over half the plate. It's very noticeable and a bit disappointing when I put the four plates out together. Other than that I'm very happy with everything else and the service. Maybe you could replace the plate. Will definitely be buying again.
Arrived with the centre bulb pushed back into the frame. Everything else with it is lovely but it was so disappointing to receive the item like this just before Christmas with no time to reorder a new one. Impossible to pull the bulb out again, it was obviously a manufacturing fault. It couldn’t have been done after manufacturing - it is wedged into the frame.

The back of the frame is so hard to open to get the photo in, the only way I could get it open was to use a knife damaging it a bit. The font painted on was much more cartoonish than the picture.
