Belleek Classic Annual Basket 2024 - Daisy Chain

This beautiful handmade porcelain Belleek Basket has been inspired from Claire’s childhood memory of making Daisy Chains 
in her grandparent’s garden over the school summer holidays.  Each intricately woven and flowered basket is crafted in the same
timeless fashion and skills introduced by William Henshall in  the 1870’s.  A symbol of innocense and joy, our new Daisy flower 
is delicately made by hand combining a number of fine petals. Painted using mother of pearl each tiny petal reflects the light, all brought together by its bright yellow centre. Green stems are intricately woven and threaded through each other to re-create 
a traditional daisy chain which has been carefully placed around the edge of this new shaped round basket where you will find 
two ladybirds sitting amongst the daisies. The Annual Basket comes with a special backstamp and a Certificate of Authenticity. Only available for 2024.
